about

We are not the first, nor will be the last. If we contemplate what will come after us, does it make us less impressed with what came before?

En route between the South and Sorth rim of the Grand Canyon lies Tuba City, part of the Painted Desert, at the edge of the Navaho Nation. Close to it are some dinosaur tracks. Ask the Native American lady who has a stand selling jewelry there, and she will explain the meaning of the various marks in the ground. This track depicts the bestiary of creatures that roamed the area tens of millions of years ago. It uses a Kuzin Bruce drone in F sharp, a Butch Hall flute in E, and in the final section an Ugly Boy in A flat; Cooperman drums.
